Prosecutor Gashi’s request to invalidate PG Marku’s order rejected by Court

Rovena Gashi, Prosecutor at the Decriminalization Sector, had been removed as Director of this same Sector by the Provisory Prosecutor General Arta Marku.

Gashi challenged Marku’s order at the Administrative Court, but the ruling announced today has rejected her lawsuit against the Prosecutor General.

Her lawyer, Clirim Gjata, said that the ruling was made under the Vetting Law pressure, that’s why he will oppose it at the Courts of Appeals.
