The Prosecution seized 220 hectares of Karaburun, and now they are
extending their investigation to other properties in this area that seem
to have been manipulated as well.
The Prosecution has asked the Property Registration Office for cooperation, since there are suspicions that a well-structured falsification gang has changed the ownership of hundreds of hectares.
The Prosecution has verified three cases of manipulation with falsified court verdicts that seem as if they issued by the Vlore Court, while the Judges in question know nothing about them.
At least one notary, one lawyer and one Property Registration official have been charged so far.
