The Prosecution is auditing the assets of Supreme Court Judge, Majlinda
Andrea, and her husband, Odhise Andrea, who is on the run after an
arrest order was issued.
Sources from Top Channel explained that the High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets, and also banks and property registration offices, will be asked to be part of the investigation of their assets.
Prosecutor Arben Kraja has not decided yet when Judge Majlinda will be interrogated. Justice Minister Ylli Manjani said this case shows the level of corruption among the judiciary.
The judge is under investigation, together with four other defendants, for paying 50.000 EUR to profit 40 hectares of land in Butrint.
