The Prosecution of Tirana requested 116 years in prison for four
defendants who are suspected for the murder of Enton Nikaj on November
11th in Linza.
35 years in prison were requested for Emiliano Tasho, accused of premeditated murder in cooperation, violent robbery, illegal arm possession and intentional wounding.
28 years in prison were requested for Emiliano Tasho, who is on the run, and also for Mirsad Kucana.
Ervis Martinaj is accused of premeditated murder in cooperation. The Prosecution requested 25 years in prison for him.
Fore Erjon Biraci, the Prosecution requested five years in prison for providing assistance to the authors of the crime.
