Prosecution issues order to stop publishing of secret case files

After the German newspaper “Bild” published six audio recordings from an Albanian investigation, the Prosecution of Serious Crimes issued an order against publishing of the Case 339 acts.

The prosecution says that the investigation that includes many citizens who have committed a series of crimes is classified and should not be published to the media.

The Prosecution states that the publication damages the case’s secrecy, adding that the staff is not allowed to publish any of the files.
