Prosecution demands 35 years and life in prison for “Dynamite” gang members

The Prosecution of Serious Crimes requested 35 years in prison for
Julian Sinanaj, the alleged executioner of the gang. They didn’t request
life in prison due to his collaboration with justice.
For Ndricim Gjokona, who revealed some criminal episodes of the gang in question, the Prosecution demanded eight years in prison.
For the other defendants the Prosecution requested life in prison against Andon and Genis Mehillaj, 5 years in prison for Ilir Karcini, accused of ordering the murder of another businessman, 26 years for Mario Mitro and 11 for Albi Mecaj.
The defensive lawyer has their turn to express their stances before the Court of Serious Crimes issues a verdict.
