Prosecution communicates charges for January 21st

Alarming numbers of electric scooter accidents, minors the main cause 15/10 21:02
The Tirana Prosecution communicated the charges for two of the January
21st defendants, the National Guard soldiers Agim Llupo and Ndrea
Prendi.
They are both accused of murder and risk even life to prison.
The Prosecution is also investigating Armando Kasa, accused of having manipulated the computer system of the Prime Ministry for concealing evidence.
The January 21st file will be send to Court by the end of the month.
