Prosecution asking Hoxha’s suspension again

The Prosecution has asked for the second time in a few days the suspension of the Chief of the Municipal Police, Florenc Hoxha.

The Task Force Unit of the Tirana Prosecution filed a suit at the Tirana Court, asking Hoxha’s suspension for another investigation that has started after some citizens’ report.

Sources from the Prosecution say that the citizens complained that the Municipality demolished their properties as illegal constructions, while they pretend that they have all the necessary documentation.

In the last week, the Prosecution asked Hoxha’s suspension after two Municipality female employees sued the Chief of Tirana Municipality Police for using physical violence against them, but the Court rejected it.
