Prosecution accuses Toptani representative

The Prosecution has accused the legal representative of the Toptani
family, Qemal Mulla, of using falsified documents for taking the
ownership of 275 hectares of land in Hamallaj, Durres, which had been
given to the family of Skerdilajd Konomi, the judge that was killed in
Vlore.
The investigations showed that Mulla had used old falsified documents, taken from the State Archive, and has filed them at the Agency of Property Return and Compensation. he has even used them in court and prosecution for the Shallavari family.
The team that is investigating the case has inspected all related documents, and after the results, the prosecution charged Qemal Mulla for forgery. He has been appealed to give explanations to the prosecution, but has not presented himself. Prosecutors say that they have information that Mulla has left the country.
According to the Prosecution, Mulla has been under investigation before the murder of Judge Konomi, and the two cases are not related.
