A few months before the general elections, the vice Mayor of the Tirana
Municipality, Jorida Tabaku, declared that they have started the
procedures for the property titles of 50.000 citizens.
On February 28th, the Mayor will propose the Municipal Council the approval of a list with 260 objects, which will go under legalization process. These objects are more than three stores high, meaning that there will be around 11.000 apartments.
“The approval of this list by the Municipal Council opens way to the registration of 260 objects, with a total surface of 930.000 square meters, affecting 11.000 apartments in Tirana”, Tabaku declared.
The Tirana Municipality will propose to reduce taxes with 30% for 523 small business subjects.
“On February 28th, the Municipality of Tiarna proposed the Municipal Council to reduce taxes with 30% for 523 small business subjects that operate in the Albanian capital. For creating new jobs, the Municipal Council decided to remove taxes for 5 years for all enterprises that employ 50 workers in the Municipality offices”, Tabaku declared.
