The Tirana Municipality launched a final warning for the construction
companies that have not fulfilled the forms for giving the usage permit
of the buildings.

According to the Municipality, the companies that will not submit the documentation will be excluded definitively from the right to ask for construction permits in the future.

“The municipality is continuing the process and guarantees the citizens that they will not be withheld by anyone. We appeal all business subjects to complete their obligations towards the citizens, or the Municipality doors will always be closed for them. they will offer no service after this process will be concluded according to the law”, Declared Anila Bisha, Spokesperson of the Municipality.
