The Municipality of Tirana has started talks with the Rinas airport representatives, for creating an electric bus line from Tirana to Airport, part of the public transportation system.
Today, the Rinas airport has donated tow cleaning vehicles and 100 trees for te Municipality of Tirana.
“We are discussing to create an electric bus line from Tirana’s center to Rinas, making sure that we will reduce pollution. We are discussing with our Chinese colleagues. China is avant-garde today for producing electric buses. I am looking forward to have people travel from Tirana to Rinas without causing any pollution”, Veliaj declared.
As for the two donated vehicles, the Mayor said that this is a very precious donation for the city.
“We have two technologic trucks which will help our enterprise for increasing the cleaning quality in the suburbs, in areas such as Fresku, Astiri, Kodra e Diellit and other suburban areas with a growing population and consumption”, the Mayor declared.
