The civil trial against the Socialist MP, Sajmir Tahiri, did not start
even today. Tahiri has been sued by the Vice Chief of the General State
Police, Agron Kulicaj.
Judge Fatime Decolli has posponed the session to April, since Tahiri was not present. Kulicaj was present, meanwhile, accompanied by his lawyer, Mirash Martini. Kulicaj’s lawyer asked to continue the session with the request for summoning the experts who would transcribe the declarations of the Socialist MP, who accuses Mr. Kulicaj of smuggling.
The Judge declared that this request will be reviewed with the defendant will be in court. The Socialist MP has mentioned the name of the vice General Chief of Police by saying that his name is related with the mining smuggle.
