Problems in the ferry with President on board

One of the Bari-Durres ferries has not arrived in the Durres sea port.
The delay of the ferry “Adriatica 1” on board of which is also the
Albanian President was caused due to the low quality of the oil that the
ferry bought in the neighboring country.
The quality has slowed the ship down by blocking the fuel filters. Adriatica 1 was supposed to arrive around 08:00 of this morning, but the limited speed will delay the arrival.
The General Captain of Ports says that the ferry is 20 miles from the Durres port and it is obliged to stop once in a while and start sailing again, not in normal speed.
