The Court of Tirana gave the arrest measure to Aldo Hoxha, the 20 year
old accused for murdering Fatbardha Tafa while attempting to rob her
golden necklace off her.
The prosecutor declared that the young robber, with the help of another peer, has stabbed Tafa five times.
According to the prosecutor, the main evidence is a hair found on the body of the victim, and a dark green hat.
The defendant has denied any connection with the crime.
Hoxha was defended by lawyer Arben Qeleshi, who asked 30 minutes to get acquainted with the legal acts.
Hoxha was arrested this Saturday after a manhunt by the police, helped by the forensic experts.
He was sentenced one year ago for using weapons in the same area, and has also been reported for violent robberies.
The police experts were able to create his sketch based on a testimony of the victim’s children, who had seen the robber’s face.
The authorities declared that the other robber was not identified since he was holding a black helmet with bright colors.
The police had been surveying 20 phone numbers and dozens of car service shops, since the authors might try to sell the motorbike there.
