President’s report against CJA Head, Tirana Court declares it’s not their competence

The Prosecution of Tirana announced that the report made by the President to Ardian Dvorani, the head of the Council of Justice Appointments, cannot be their competence.

Top Channel reports that Prosecutor Alket Mersini has declared that this case cannot be under his competence, due to the special position of the person who was reported, the Head of the Council  of Justice Appointments.
