The Albanian Parliament has rejected the decrees of President Bujar
Nishani, regarding the appointing of two members of the Supreme Court:
Petrit Celo and Gjovalin Pernocaj.
The present Parliament Members voted 44 in favor and 77 against for the first name, with two abstaining from the Socialist Movement for Integration, (Spartk Braho and Monika Kryemadhi). For Pernocaj there were 39 votes in favor and 75 against.
Both decrees were discussed a few days ago at the Commission of Laws, where the majority was insinuating that they would ask the Albanian Parliament Members to vote against these members.
