The former head of Zonal Election Commission 53 in Tirana, Berti Çoku,
who belongs to the majority and had the duty to administer the elections
in the area where the President Bamir Topi voted, gave his opinion on
the vote of the President.

Although the votes were counted at the Central Election Commission, he declared that the Albanian President voted for the opposition leader, Edi Rama.

“Your vote for Edi Rama is an expression of your will, but the attempt for concealing the truth of your vote, by accusing the lawmakers for your personal interests is very serious”, Çoku declared.
