The President of the Court of Appeal, Hysni Demiraj, declared that this
court will not be influenced by the pressures of recent declarations of
politicians.
As for the decision to suspend the chief of police, the Court of Appeal President announced the name of the judge and guaranteed that the judiciary is the last power that can hurt Albanians.
“You have seen the pressure against the judiciary, but this court is related to professionalism and is not influenced by it. We remain the least dangerous power in the Albanian territory. The case of the Chief of Police has arrived today at the Court of Appeal. The case will be tried by Marie Qirjazi, based on the alphabet order”, said the President of the Court of Appeal, Hysni Demiraj.
