President Bujar Nishani will the National Security Council since he sees
the cannabis situation in our country as very concerning, not only for
the Albanian authorities, but also for our partners.
“It is a serious phenomenon of national proportions and for this reason it has turned into a concern for not only our law enforcing agencies, but also for our partners, that’s why I will summon the National Council of Security to study the problematic and the way how we need to confront this serious challenge of our country”, Nishani declared.
The declaration comes in a moment when the majority itself sees divided about who to deal with the cannabis situation.
