President Nishani decrees new Ministers

The Albanian President, Bujar Nishani, decreed the new Ministers of the
Albanian government one week after the proposition made by PM Edi Rama.
Yesterday the President asked the Constitutional Court for an interpretation.
The decrees will now be voted in Parliament, Arben Ahmetaj for MInister of Finances and Milva Ekonomi for Minister of Economy.
The delay of the decrees caused tension between President Nishani and the government.
