President meta meets Croatian counterpart

The President of Albania, Ilir Meta, attended a two-day official visit in Croatia, invited by the Croatian President, Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic.

Meta’s visit takes place as Croatia leads the Presidency of the European Union for the first time.

The next summit of the European Commission will be held in Zagreb, in which the Eu will discuss the request of Albania and Northern Macedonia for opening the EU accession negotiations.
