The Albanian President, Bamir Topi, received the head of the OSCE
Presence in Tirana, Eugen Wolfarth, for the latest political
developments in the country and the realization of the necessary reforms
for Albania’s EU integration.
President reiterated the significance of the constructive dialogue between the parties, the consensus and the functional and institutional communication between all political factors. He noted the need of realizing the electoral and justice reforms, and especially the approval of the Administrative Court, in order to fulfill all important criteria of a democratic country that aims EU integration.
“The Head of the OSCE presence in Albania, Ambassador Eugen Wollfarth, expressed the further and firm support to his mandate for guaranteeing the respect of the Constitution and the laws. He also noted the necessity of all parties to progress with the electoral and all other reforms that serve to the major interests of the Albanian people”, says the press release of the Presidency.
