Population Registration, RBA: Addressing it to the Constitution

The Red and Black alliance declared that the approval of the law for
population registration was shameful, and that they will address this
issue to the Constitutional Court and Brussels. After investigating the
movements of both Democratic MPs, and the fact that MPS Maliqi and Dibra
were outside Albania when other MPs were voting on their behalf, the
Alliance considered this process as an attempted attack against
the Parliament.

“It is proved that two deputies have voted with both their hands, and
this is a serious infringement of the Constitution”, declared the
representatives, asking the publication of the MPs that committed this
act.
