Albanians will celebrate this year in poverty, breaking this way the
tradition of a full table on the New Year’s Eve. Citizens say that the
increased prices cannot let them afford the expenses.
The crisis reflects at merchants, who notice lower profits compared to one year ago.
Prices of fruits and vegetables have increased with 25-30%, despite the Municipality’s monitoring.
In these conditions, citizens say that their celebration tables will have less good products then before.
