The Dropull residents relate their buildings with the socialist past.
They have served as service units, sale units, menses and cultural
centers.
Almost all of these buildings are half ruined, after being divided among many owners that cannot make them functional.
The Dropull residents are not nostalgic to the dictatorship period, but most of them think that the public life has completely vanished.
The entire Dropull area has hundreds of former public buildings that have been forgotten and are going towards destruction, due to the lack of investments.
