Pollo-Balla at the civil court

The Minister for Innovation, Technology, Information and Communication,
Genc Pollo, will face the Socialist MP, Taulant Balla, at the civil
court, after the case was suspended at the Supreme Court this Monday.
This decision was taken by the Court after Pollo’s defensive lawyer, Iva Harka, declared that Polli withdrew the accusations.
This was caused by the Penal Code amends about slander and the change of the sentence from prison and fine to fine only.
Balla confirmed for the media that he stands to his declarations made in Parliament on 2011.
