The President of Albania, Bujar Nishani, wished a happy Bayram to all
citizens and said that this holy day should serve to remove hate from
ourselves.
The President added that this holy day gives people more hope and good will.
The Socialist MP, Pandeli Majko, attended a visit at the Albanian Muslim Community see and wished for Bayram to bring more bounty and health to citizens, and more thoughtful decisions to politicians.
The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, visited the Muslim Community see and said that days like this teach people there are more similarities that unites us than people think.
The Democratic Party leader recited wished a happy Bayram and recited the Quran: “When the sun lays down and there is dark, God has not abandoned you, is not angry at you. Whatever is to come will be better than what just went by, and God will be generous to you and you will ne pleased with him”, Basha said.
The Parliament Speaker said he is proud for Albania’s religious harmony, and this is a merit of the tolerant spirit that communities give to each other.
