The second civil society protest was accompanied today by tensions and arrests by the Police.
Some civil society representatives were taken to police stations, after protesting against the human right violations of the Rama government.
President Meta said in a statement that the violence against activists is the most ugly celebration of Europe Day.
“The right to protest is enshrined in the Constitution, even in the face of natural disaster”, Meta said.
