The Tirana Police seized 150 kg of cannabis sattiva and arrested three people for drug possession and distribution.
They are Fiqiri Shkelqim Kaso, 24 year old, Bleder Halit Danaj, 38 year old, police employee at the Gjirokaster Directory, and Arti Luan Karoli, 31, all three from Gjirokaster.
The Tirana Police Spokesperson, Alma Katragjini, declared that the narcotic substance was seized while it was being transported from Lazarat to the Albanian capital.
The arrested were caught in the act, while exchanging the substance, in the parking lot of a mall in Tirana.
