A few days before the protest that the opposition has promised on February 16th, the Police made a strong appeal to politics.
The State Police appealed the political forces involved in the meeting of February 16th to avoid rhetoric that encourages violent behaviour.
The police also share the public’s concern about the participation of individuals with a criminal history, encouraged by third parties, whose aim may be to create a climate of destabilization.
The police announce that they will realize massive inspections of the vehicles in some road sections, in order to prevent the involvement of people with criminal history in the protest of February 16th.
