Police head Veliu: Two arrested for the killing of brothers in Durres

Albanian police head Ardi Veliu gave details today about the murder of the Haxhia brothers in Durrës two days ago, stating that there are 4 suspected perpetrators, two of whom have been arrested.
“These are a 33 years old resident in Tirana, previously convicted for trafficking in narcotics, as well as a 22 years old with the initials K.A. , resident in Durrës”.
He added that the arrested are also suspected as perpetrators of the murder of Dorian Shkoza and Angelo Avdisa in the beginning of March.
“Thanks to the professional and investigative actions carried out by the special investigative group, it became possible to uncover the event that took place on 02.03.2020, in the neighborhood no. 14, in “Vath Truja” street, Durrës, where the citizens D. Sh., 35 years old and A. A., 24 years old, were killed with firearms, an event for which are suspected the two arrested citizens ”, announced Ardi Veliu.
Dorian Shkoza and Angelo Avdia were killed on March 2 for what is thought as a drug deal disruption conflict.
