Poican, Zotka accuses: They’re destroying the town

The Mayor of Polican, Adriatik Zotka, accused the Defence Ministry of
destroying the town by the way they are managing the Ammunition Plant.
Zotka says that unemployment is high because the plant has not employed the specialized citizens of Polican, but party militants coming from other areas and without any knowledge about the process. In this plant there are people who work each day to collect the metals for scrap. Only yesterday the heavy vehicles stopped working, because of the visit of Minister Arben Imami.
Heavy trucks were loaded on Monday with metal pieces taken from the plant. Zotka says that these expensive equipments could be of good use for the town.
After the night fell, the trucks travelled to the Elbasan Metallurgic Plant. Some of the buildings in the plant have been destroyed for taking everything that can be sold as scrap metal. The director declared a few days ago that the scrap are being sold to pay the dismantling workers.
