Veliterne village residents, in Pogradec, are protesting for the lack of electrical energy and drinking water.
The 30 families of this village say that they have been lacking of energy and drinking water for two weeks, although they have regularly paid the bills.
Local CEZ offices explained that there has been a defect with the power transformer of the area. They are waiting the delivery of a new transformer from Elbasan, which would resolve the problem not only with the supply of the electrical energy, but also the drinking water.
