Prime Minister Rama was today in the Gjirokastra region, where he has held several meetings, among other things giving the news that Përmeti has been selected for investments in tourism and agro-tourism by a working group sent there at the request of the Crown Prince of the United Arab Emirates.
The intensification of regional investments was also the topic of the conversation of Prime Minister Edi Rama with the residents of Gjirokastra.
“We have reached an agreement with Turkey to invest significantly in cultural heritage sites. We have agreed for Berat and Gjirokastra where they can give a hand. While the group charged by the crown prince for investments has expressed interest in investing in Përmet. According to them, Përmeti is a place with great tourism potential from the next decade,” said Prime Minister Rama.
