Young people who looking for a profession, such as the culinary, IT and electronics specialists can do this in the vocational high schools, where dedicated curricula make these students ready for the labor market, said Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama during a visit in a professional school in Elbasan, in central Albania.
The head of the government, during the visit to the vocational high school with 1400 students, said that the labor market needs professionals.
“The mentality for vocational school is changing. Now this schools are used as a base for the empoyment in enterprise and after that comes the university. Entrepreneurs must understand that work should be paid as it deserves. The need for qualified staff is alarming, so all those who get a profession have the job ready”, said Rama.
In order to be the best professionals in the market, the practice of the profession starts from the school and ends in the businesses that the school has signed a professional contract with.
