Pinari, accusing Patrick Henry

Two days after Dritan Minxolli explained to the Court why it is extremely necessary that the American Henry comes to court, Ylli Pinari mentioned it again and counted 10 different reasons why Henry should appear in Court. According to Ylli Pinari, Patrick Henry has failed to meet his contractual obligations, a consequence of which is the Gerdeci tragedy. Pinari says that Henry should not justify himself with remote correspondence, but he should come and answer in front of the court.

“Patrick Henry must come and explain his declarations, because he is lying! He contradicts the documents that he himself signed with MEICO.
Patrick wants to create the profile of a person that knows nothing and that didn’t have information on the business activity in Albania”, said Ylli Pinari and then he added:

“But Patrick Henry has visited our country eight times, and on most of these occasions, he has spent his time with business people in their offices, getting informed about his investment. Two of these meetings have been with the Chamber of Commerce in Tirana. Patrick lies, because in his folders there are faxes and contracts signed by his hand, and he is responsible for everything that he has signed” Pinari declared.

Pinari told to the judge that Henry wants to blame the others, when in fact, in both contracts with MEICO and SAC, Henry undertakes that the buyer SAC will deal with the dismantling process in high security conditions, in full accordance to the technical regulations. Pinari has accused Patrick Henri in every paragraph of his declaration, one of which says: “Patrick Henry lies when he says that Gerdeci was suggested by MEICO, because the documents tell another story. He himself suggests that an old ammunition plant would be a good place for it”.

During the next session, all the accused will start being questioned by the prosecution.
