Voting under candle light in 21st century. In the Begjunex village of Melan
Commune, only 1 km from the town of Peshkopia, the voters complain of bad
voting conditions.
The members of the voting center notified the Zonal Election Center directors, but no measures were taken for improving this situation.
The voting center where people vote with candles is at the “Rukie Roshi” school, the residents of which have always had a great election participation, but never compensated by the people they have elected.
