On December 10th, Top Channel will open the poll for the Personality of
the Year, on Top Channel’s official web page. The public will be able to
vote the preferred public figure that according to them has mostly
contributed during 2011.
How does the poll work?
“The poll has two phases. In the first phase, the public will be able to propose five names, and in the second, 10 personalities proposed by the public will join the 10 personalities proposed by Top Channel to the final voting”, declared Top Channel’s webmaster, Igli Gjelishti.
