The Chairwoman of the Central Election Commission, Lefteri Luzi, published the recent data regarding the electoral process.
Luzi declared that the participation of voters by 16:00 was 38% in a national scale.
On the other hand, the Chairwoman of the Commission underlined that the basic materials have not been absent in any voting center.
