The Central Election Commission confirmed that five people were arrested
for impeding a regular voting process in Shale commune, Shkoder.
The Spokesperson Leonard Olli declared that all people who commit electoral crimes will be taken under custody, as it happened in Shale commune.
“The participation in these partial elections was satisfactory. We will take all measures for realizing the elections even in one single local unit”, Olli declared.
According to him, four communes were won by Democratic candidates and four others by the Socialists, while the final result in Finiq has not been published yet.
