Parliamentary session fails again, Kosovo did not appoint new Speaker

The absence of several Parliament Members of the PAN coalition failed
the second effort for appointing the Parliament Speaker of Kosovo.
The decision to cancel the session was taken after Adem Mikullovci consulted both Parliamentary Group leaders of the Self-Determination Movement and LDK.
The first effort was closed unsuccessfully this Thursday, after the Parliament Members took oath. The session started back in the afternoon but it was interrupted very soon, after the coalition of PDK, AAK and Nisma demanded more time for internal consultation.
