The Parliament Speaker of Albania, Ilir Meta, attended the EU Conference of Parliamentary Speakers, held in Luxembourg.
Present in this event where Albania is represented as a candidate was the President of the European Council, Jean Claude Juncker.
Meta spoke about the refugee crisis and guaranteed the present officials that Albania will contribuyte within its capacities, adapting to the needs of the European partners.
Meta added that EU citizens should trust the Union and disregard nationalistic and xenophobic alternatives.
