Balla: Corruption, the worst disease of this government
The Interpellation with Prime Minister Berisha was asked by the Socialist MP, Taulant Balla, who emphasized that corruption remains the worst disease of this government.
“Today, four years after the Gerdec tragedy, when 26 people lost their lives, the bombs exploded once again with the Court verdict”, Balla declared.

“The Prime Minister must explain the wealth of his son that earns 200.000 EUR annually”, the Prime Minister declared.
The Prime Minister rejected Balla’s declaration, considering it a slander. Berisha Minister expressed his readiness to confiscate the wealth of his son if proved that he has taken a single Euro from the public sector.
“Taulant Balla was sentenced by the court for slander. He has an open process with my son. My children have declared their assets, but if he has guaranteed a single Euro from the public sector, I will ask for his assets to be confiscated”, the PM declared.
Balla, on the other hand, expressed his readiness to abandon his mandate if the Prime Minister’s son has not declared 200.000 EUR of annual profits from his business.
