“The residents of the Administrative Unit no.5 in Tirana, at the
“Shushica” apartment complex, will live in a better area starting from
today”, said the Mayor of Tirana after an investment that was carried
out in this area for the past seven months.
“A few months ago it was very difficult to go through this road. Today it is one of the neighborhoods with the highest gain of property value. I am happy because we have established a new standard which we will preserve for other investments in Tirana”, Veliaj said.
The Mayor added that Municipal Unit no.5 is known for a correct payment of taxes, which are being returned as investments. The 5.6 hectares block will use for the first time the parking of residents, which will be distributed later throughout the entire city.
