Parents and two children road accident

An accident left four seriously wounded people this Saturday at the Elbasan Ring Road.

A vehicle plowed against a group of four people. The wounded are Niko Balliu, 40, his wife, Flutura Balliu, 40, and their twp children, a 14 year old girl and a 8 year old son.

The wounded were immediately sent to the Elbasan surgeru hospital for the first treatments. Sources from the hospital say that they are out of life danger. The police arrived on the scene and arrested the driver, Enzo Skenderi.
