Edi Paloka, Head of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party,
said for the media that the electoral materials of Kruje are being
transported by the brother of the the left-centered candidate, Artur
Bushi, with support by state structures.
“The car with electoral materials was driven by the brother of the left-centered candidate, Artur Bushi. His vehicles were accompanied by the police and electoral staff, which is proof of the electoral crime”, Paloka declared.
Paloka mentioned two other incidents in Shkoder, where people with falsified IDs have allegedly tried to vote. Paloka also said that the finger ink used by commissioners has been of bad quality in several areas.
