Pack in Prishtina: North belongs to Kosovo

The European MP, Doris Pack, is attending a visit in Kosovo, from where
she rejected the idea of the Ahtisari Plus package, underlining that the
north belongs to Kosovo.
During the meeting with Kosovo PM Hashim Thaci, Pack expressed her full support to the complete extent of law and order in the Kosovo territory.
Pack added that the North is part of Kosovo and that the roadblocks are a non-democratic form of protest, because they block the basic rights of freedom movement.
“Ahstisari’s pack serves as a platform that guarantees and offers affirmative rights for all communities that live in Kosovo”, she continued.
The same line was followed by the Prime Minister Hashim Thaci, who underlined that Ahtisari’s package will not change, because it offers optimal guarantees.
“The Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and the package of President Ahtisari guarantee the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Kosovo, and offer the highest standards for guaranteeing the rights to all communities that live in Kosovo”, Thaci underlined.
The Northern Kosovo is being asked by some specific political circles in Belgrade, who want to include it in the dialogue with Prishtina.
