OSHEE sues Kastriot Ismailaj, former CEZ contractor under investigation

The Power Distribution Operator (OSHEE) sued Kastriot Ismailaj over a
considerable economic damage. OSHEE says that Ismailaj, as administrator
of the DIA company, a company registered for collecting debts, had
consumed the crime of fraud.
Confidential sources say that DIA was registered to operate in the entire country, but they have left without coverage cities and rural areas from Fier, Kavaja, Gjirokastra, etc.
OSHEE says that Ismailaj has caused damage with the lawsuit at the arbitrage, in which he demands 130 million EUR. The case has been sent at the Tirana Civil Court.
