One person died and two were wounded today in in Shkoder, after an
unidentified man shot with an assault automatic weapon against Alexander
Qarri, 24, from Dukagjin. The author shot 30 bullets, leaving two
pedestrians wounded, Leke Marku, 37, and Agustin Begeja, 29.
The author has left his bag and machine gun behind while fleeing the scene. The victim, Alexander Qarri, had five bullets in his body and died three hours later. The two passer-by citizens are out of life threatening danger.
According to the police, they have seized 18 bullet shells and the weapon of the crime, while they are working to find the author. The preliminary investigation indicates that the killer was in fisherman clothes and approached to the victim on bike.
This has caused panic among the citizens, since the crime took place in a very busy area and the two wounded victims were just passing by.
